I love a quick and super easy dessert.
When I found this recipe at Mini Manor,
I had to try it.
Six ingredients, six steps, 60 minutes, done!
1- graham cracker crust
1-cup whipping cream
1/3 cup sugar
1-teaspoon vanilla
1-8 ounce block of cream cheese, at room temperature
1-carton strawberries, sliced into thirds
Directions:
Whip the cream until it forms peaks.
While that is whipping, mix the cream cheese,
sugar and vanilla in a bowl.
Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
Place filling in pie crust.
Top with strawberries.
Chill for an hour.
Enjoy!
